You will have the exclusive use of the main bathroom and separate toilet adjacent to your bedrooms. Towels & toiletries provided, along with a hair dryer for your convenience. Fast unlimited Internet. The space Breakfast cereal, milk, toast bread and spreads provided. Tea and coffee, a microwave/grill, toaster and your own fridge space in the guest lounge adjacent to your room. Guest Lounge is located in the carpeted insulated garage adjacent to your room. It has a 50” TV with freeview a DVD/CD player, Amazon Echo, heater, fan, couch and coffee tables which you can use as your private lounge if you prefer a larger space to relax in. Main kitchen facilities only available upon request for longer stays. Lots of parking for trailer, camper-van etc Guest access Private access through the back door of the garage. The key will be provided in the lock box upon your arrival. An outdoor table and chairs are provided at the rear of the garage, providing a private space overlooking the garden. We have a front load washer and dryer which are available to use during your stay. We have an exercycle and rowing machine for use during your stay. We have two mountain bikes and helmets and Hi Vis jackets, for use during your stay. There is a BBQ available on request. Unlimited internet access, a code will be provided upon arrival. During your stay We live on site and are available if you require assistance with anything during your stay. Other things to note We are: • 5 minutes south of Hampton Downs Raceway; • Less than 2 minutes from local township (tavern, New World Supermarket, petrol station, pizza/takaway) • 60 mins south of Auckland approx; • approximately 50 mins from Auckland International airport • approximately 30 minutes north of The Base shopping complex at Hamilton. • approximately 30 minutes south of Pukekohe Mega Centre and Plaza shopping complexes. EV charging station close by. We have two ragdoll cats, Oscar and Pixie, so people with allergies need to consider this before booking a stay. Our cats are mostly indoor cats, but do go outside at times. Please be aware not to let them out in the evenings or if they do escape, let us know.
