There is absolutely no noise or loud music after 10:00 PM, and no heavy running inside the home. If you are planning a celebration, party, or want a space to play loud music, this is NOT the home for you. No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited. Smoking: Outside only. Property Care: Guests agree to keep the premises in excellent condition and are financially responsible for any missing, damaged, or broken items. Liability: By booking this home, you agree to these house rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the premises. Early check-in depends entirely on cleaning schedules; please message us the day before arrival to check availability. Check-out: By 11:00 AM sharp. Late check-out requests are kindly declined as our cleaning staff operates on a very tight schedule for same-day arrivals. Unapproved late check-outs will result in a full day's booking fee or a $150 charge (whichever is greater). Payment & Extensions: Reservations must be paid in full to secure your dates. What We Provide (Starter Kit) We provide a complimentary starter set of supplies to get your stay started. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for the remainder of their stay: Toilet Paper: 2 rolls to get you started. Paper Towels: 1 roll to get you started. Linens: Fresh, clean sheets and shower towels. Essentials: Shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee, a broom, and a mop. (Our welcome folder inside the unit includes recommendations for grocery and convenience stores within easy walking or driving distance). What You Need to Bring Any additional toiletries, food, spices, and personal items not listed above. Check-Out Procedure (To Avoid Additional Cleaning Fees) To help us keep our rates affordable and prepare the space for the next guests, please complete this quick checklist before 11:00 AM sharp to avoid an additional cleaning fee equal to your original cleaning charge: Trash: Remove all trash from the unit and place it in the large containers located outside the property. Towels: Place all used towels on the floor by the washer and dryer. Please leave any unused beds made so the cleaning staff knows they are clean. Dishes: Wash all dishes, cookware, and kitchenware used, and put them away exactly as they were found. Refrigerator: Empty the fridge of all opened food. Unopened food items or opened condiments/spices are okay to leave behind if they are not expired. Electronics & Utilities: Turn off all lights, fans, and the thermostat. Unplug all small appliances (coffee maker, blender, etc.). Water: Turn off all faucets completely. Please message us immediately if you notice any leaks or running toilets. Furniture: If you moved any furniture, please return it to its original position. Remotes: Leave the TV remote clearly visible on the living room table. Dryer: If you utilized the dryer, please leave the lint trap clean. Secure the Home: Lock and close the main entrance door and the outside gates. Always double-check for your personal belongings, as we are not responsible for items left behind. Guest access You will have full, private access to the unit #1 of the house. You also have access to the open parking area directly in front of the property. Please note that other areas or units of the property may be occupied, but your space is completely separate and private. Other things to note Shared Laundry: For your convenience, there is a shared washing machine located on the left side of the house hallway Parking: Driveway parking out front fits up to 1 vehicles.
