Arriving back at River Song, you hop in the car and drive south along picturesque, historical highway 101. A twenty-minute drive brings you to Cannon beach, where you spend a pleasant afternoon browsing the art galleries and shops and gaze at Haystack Rock. That evening, a heavenly bowl of clam chowder at a local brew pub sets you thinking about when you can return. Still savoring the flavor, you relax again on the balcony, watching a lovely sunset as the light fades over the ocean, turning Tillamook Head into a spectacular silhouette. As the air cools, you move inside and choose a book from the library. You settle down in a comfortable leather recliner in front of the gas fireplace, and ask Alexa to play some soothing background music while you read.
