Seasonal house on the beach

The house has a bedroom, a well-equipped bathroom and a spacious living room integrated into the kitchen, it is perfect for up to 5 people to enjoy a delightful trip to the beach. It also includes a barbecue area, and the tranquility of storing your vehicle in the garage with space for two cars. Just 3 minutes from the sand, this house provides the ideal experience to enjoy the best of the coast, combining comfort and proximity to the beach. Cozy and familiar, and nearby shops on the same street. The space The house accommodates up to 5 people very well, as it has a double bed, a Puff bed and a sofa bed. There's a fan in both the living room and the bedroom, plus a portable one. The kitchen has all the utensils. You must bring bed linens and personal hygiene items. We have Wi-Fi and inside the house there is a sign with the password and the house rules. The garage fits up to two cars. The barbecue is in the back to have more privacy and not disturb the garage. It also has a portable clothesline to hang wet clothes and a tub to wash bathing suits. At the entrance, we also have a shower to avoid so much sand entering the house. Guest access Access is free for the guest, with a private entrance, and the garage is also individual because the upstairs house has not yet been finished. So access is complete and individual for each house and thus has complete privacy. Other things to note If you are interested in renting from one day to the next, the amount charged is two nights, because from 6 am the house will be available for you to enter, and you can stay until midnight on the day of departure. To pay for only one night, you must check in and out on the same day. The app calculates a nightly rate from one day to the next, but I can't rent the house the next day if the guest is still in it, so it's two nights and right here I adjust the amount that should be paid extra for being two nights.
