Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment is located on the 2nd (top) floor of an apartment block with no elevator. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your creations at the dining table, or take advantage of the many nearby eateries showcasing diverse cuisines. The room is thoughtfully decorated to create a serene ambiance, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day. The Bathroom: Freshen up in the sleek bathroom featuring contemporary fixtures and a spacious shower. We provide all the essentials, so you can pack light and make the most of your stay. Amenities: Free high-speed Wi-Fi Smart TV with streaming services Heating Washer and dryer Iron and ironing board Hairdryer Dishwasher Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and shampoo This is my home which I rent when I travel, that's why I have a small amount of personal items in storage, however guests have plenty of dedicated storage space. Things to note: - key collection at a store located near Charing Cross (5min walk) - no elevator, apartment located on 2nd floor and guests will need to climb the stairs - there are 4 flights of stairs from the street level to the entrance to the apartment (a total of 41 steps), then two more inside the flat - no parking at the location The use of the premises for any Airbnb-related services, including but not limited to hosting Airbnb Experiences, events, commercial activities, or third-party services, is strictly prohibited. The property is offered solely for private residential accommodation purposes. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of the reservation and further action in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable laws. Guest access You'll have the whole apartment just for yourself. Other things to note - key collection at a store located near Charing Cross (5min walk) - no elevator, apartment located on 2nd floor and guests will need to climb the stairs - there are 4 flights of stairs from the street level to the entrance to the apartment (a total of 41 steps), then two more inside the flat - no parking at the location - if you're late to return keys on your checkout date this will incur following late checkout fees - 1st hour £30, each extra hour after that £50. The use of the premises for any Airbnb-related services, including but not limited to hosting Airbnb Experiences, events, commercial activities, or third-party services, is strictly prohibited. The property is offered solely for private residential accommodation purposes. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate termination of the reservation and further action in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable laws.
