The lower level has recently been remodeled to include a dedicated work space and spacious laundry/craft area. Drive in garage on lower level. Outdoor dining area with a gas grill and firepit. Two City parks close by. Less than a mile walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Long term rental preferred. The space House is owner occupied though I travel frequently. Furnishing are mostly wood family pieces. Decor includes art work and pottery. Both the front porch and back deck are comfortable spaces. Yard is fenced. Garden area in the front. Guest access My personal items will be in one of the closets and in the basement.
