Newly Furnished with a large living room, sunroom and attached garage! This home is complete with appliances and starter items to get you settled in. Outside you will find a fenced in yard with a firepit and patio area! The second bedroom is equipped with a desk area and large comfortable futon. You will find Large Smart TVs in the Living room and Bedroom with WiFi. If there's anything we missed or can help you be comfortable in your home away from home, we are more than happy to accommodate! Other things to note Security Deposit required equaling first month's rent for stays longer than 21 days. Lease must be signed. There is a minimum cleaning fee of $150 per stay.
