Snuggle sweet goats & stay in cozy RV on farm
Description
Escape the hustle & bustle of the city & come immerse yourself in the tranquility of the country on Sugar Magnolia Farm, just 30 min north of downtown Nashville. Feed, brush, snuggle, & bond with sweet mini goats & enjoy the peaceful, restorative effects of immersive, unplugged time with animals & nature. Enjoy quiet days on the farm, then go honky-tonkin’ at night, or just stay in, build a cozy fire, watch breathtaking sunsets, catch fireflies, listen to crickets, & gaze at our starry skies. The space We live on 15 acres with a beautiful wooded area behind us. We have 24 goats, two livestock guardian dogs—Janie & Rocco, our farm cat, Pretty Kitty, a playset with swings and a slide for kids to play on, a fire pit for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows, as well as an outdoor fire pit table. Settle in and relax while watching one of our spectacular sunsets, then enjoy the incredible light show the fireflies put on as the sounds of the night envelop you in an immersive and serene experience in the Spring & Summer. And don’t forget to look up! The stars are brilliant and beautiful out here in the country. ✨ Bart’s parents also live on the property and Bart also hosts guitar camps on our farm throughout the year at his separate office/work space where he also teaches weekly guitar lessons. The RV has a pull-out full-size futon as well as a queen size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. All cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are non-toxic, and the sheets, pillows, futon-cover, and duvet are Oeko-tex certified. There is a Nespresso vertuo as well as milk frother in the kitchen to make your favorite espresso drinks. **Hot water is currently limited due to a VERY small tank, so we recommend that you flip the lever on the back of the shower head while using soap/shampoo/conditioner to help conserve hot water or just take a shower with the water running continuously in 5 minutes or less. Guest access You will have access to all areas outside on our land, with the exception of our house. For longer-term stays, we are open to discussing use of our washer and dryer. We ask that you do not access the barn or go inside any fencing where the animals are without permission and required supervision.
