The space West Lake Hideaway features two levels of living space. On the ground level you can access the home from the driveway on the east side of the home where you will enter into the dining area & massive living room open to the kitchen! The ground level also features a king size bedroom & full bath with walk-in- shower & washer and dryer. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious game room updated 05/2026. We have a five-in one game table, axe throwing/darts & other fun games. The reading nook is perfect with a cup of coffee from our second floor coffee bar! Two spacious bedrooms upstairs & a full bath with another walk-in shower! The first bedroom features two queen beds. The second bedroom features a king bed. Walk into the gorgeous shower and bathroom & feel like you are at a spa! All rooms and bathrooms have massive closets! The ramp/ wrap around porch allows easy access into the upstairs & perfect for entertaining! Sit and toast marshmallows under the stars with friends around the propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs! You will enjoy Seneca Lake Views from the east side of the home seasonally. Located very close to wineries, breweries, amazing local places to dine like Smokin Pete’s BBQ, ports cafe, Vonnie’s boat house & bar & many restaurants in Geneva only a 10 minute drive!
