We are located in the middle of nature, just 180 meters from the beach, in a cozy and quiet place. Our prime location allows you to enjoy a magnificent sunrise, as well as being close to Morro do Macaco, Mirante Eco 360 and several ecological trails The space This ground-floor kitnet is equipped with 1 full bed and 1 extra single bed. It has split air-conditioning, smart TV, and a private bathroom! The kitchen is equipped with a sandwich maker, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils Other things to note Our Eco Resid offers a complete and shared gourmet area, equipped with a refrigerator, two sinks, tables, chairs, countertops and stools. The space features a microwave, two cooktops, two barbecues, an electric oven, an air fryer, a blender, a sandwich maker, a mixer and other kitchen utensils, available for the collective use of all guests. Each rented kitnet is entitled to 1 free rotating parking space. In addition, we offer a laundry sink and outdoor shower for greater convenience
