Our home is situated in the historic village of Newnham, close to the River Severn and the Forest of Dean. The house is a minute's walk from stunning countryside and public footpaths. We are commuting distance to Gloucester, Chepstow, Bristol, Cardiff and the Cotswolds. We have hosted plenty of guests and their dogs and we welcome long term stays. We only accept guests in our family home who have multiple recent positive reviews from other Airbnb hosts and we prefer females. The space This spacious bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. You will have your own fridge in the laundry room opposite your room. We have a very nature-friendly garden with lots of birds and wildlife hanging out. There is a large playground, basketball court, skate park and large playing field with goalposts just a minute's walk from the house. The river is close by and in the village there is a shop, post office, a lovely café (The George), galleries and two pubs. Guest access You will have your own bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will also have your own fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery. You can use the washing machine and dishwasher. You will have access to the iron and ironing board if you need. During your stay We will be available to offer help or just to chat if you need some recommendations or advice! Other things to note We only accept guests who have multiple recent positive reviews from other Airbnb hosts. This is strict. We are open to long term stays. We prefer female guests but will consider couples. We are also open to pets. This is our home and we expect guests to treat it, and us, with respect.
