Welcome to Cozy Lane Cabin! Come enjoy the beautiful mountain views and make memories with your loved ones around the fire while making s'mores or dip your toes in the brand new hot tub. The cabin offers 3 bed/3 bath with an extra 3 twin beds nestled in the open loft. Fully stocked game room featuring pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, tic-tac-toe, and board games with a 60" TV. Located close to Lake Blue Ridge and only 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The space Cozy Lane Cabin is a cabin nestled in the North Georgia Mountains, located minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge. It is a 3 bedroom / 3 Bath with 3 extra beds in our open loft area. The Main Floor: You walk into the cabin onto the main floor, which has a full kitchen, 8 person dining table and coffee bar. As you leave the kitchen, you'll see the living room area which has seating for our guests around the gas fireplace with smart tv(streaming capable) with views out the sliding glass doors of the mountains in the distance. The sliding glass doors give you access to the main floor balcony where the grill and outdoor dining area is located, with longe range mountain views to take in on early mornings with coffee or evenings with a cocktail. There is a bedroom and bathroom on this floor also, with a queen bed and a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no stairs to enter the home from the parking area which leads directly to this floor which is perfect for anyone elderly or that stairs are an issue. You DO have to use stairs to get to the other levels of the home to reach the other amenities. The Top Floor: Leaving the living room area, use the stairs to enter the top floor, where the loft beds and work desk is located in an open area looking down into the living room. Three single beds built into the wall in this open loft area make this the perfect area for kids or adults to sleep during the stay. It has built in lights for each beds, small little libraries on each end and curtains on each bed for privacy. There is a designated working area at the end of the loft with a desk and office chairs for working during your stay. We have high speed internet, so working from a laptop shouldn't be an issue. Also located on the top floor is another bedroom with a queen bed, this one with a private balcony with the best view in the house. Two rocking chairs and a table for perfect relaxing while taking in the view. There is a full bathroom located on this floor as well off the bedroom. The Bottom Floor: From the kitchen area, you'll take the stairs down to the bottom floor where you enter the game room area. The game room is stocked with a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, giant TicTacToe and lots of board games. There is also a L-shaped couch with seating for the whole family with a 60" Roku TV for streaming. Downstairs also has the laundry room with a washer and dryer which is available for use, Another bedroom with a king bed with a TV with streaming capabilities and a full bathroom. Outdoor Area: In the Game room, use the double doors to enter the outdoor entertaining area. This area is perfect for the whole family to hangout around the fire pit, play corn hole or take a dip in the 6 person hot tub. Large outdoor area with plenty of seating and a fun mural spot for the annual family photo during the stay. We also have a custom corn hole set for guests to use during the stay. There is also a set of stairs outside that leads up to the parking area and main floor deck. The parking area fits 3 vehicles comfortably. The maximum amount of vehicles on the property is 3 as this is regulated per county ordinance based on the maximum occupancy of the cabin. The parking area is located on an all paved road with easy access all the way to the cabin. There is a strict no parking on the street or roadways near the cabin.
