In the heart of the Lozoya Valley, with a large private garden of 1200m² and a barbecue. The area suits anyone who likes nature and sport: walking, cycling, climbing, water sports, picnics and swimming in the lakes and natural pools. It has 3 small double bedrooms with 135x190 beds. The space In the heart of the Lozoya Valley, this house sleeps six, with three double beds of 135 cm and a living-dining room with an open kitchen where you can all gather at the end of the day. Please note that one of the bedrooms has no window: it has a small skylight opening onto the main bedroom. It has all the comforts you need and works well for a holiday with family or friends. The house also stays warm in winter and cool in summer, so it is comfortable all year round. Heating is by an oil-fired boiler. There is no air conditioning: in this area summer nights usually cool down a fair amount. Guest access The whole house is yours, with no areas shared with anyone else. For your exclusive use you have the 1,200 m² garden with a barbecue and the library with its reading armchair. The washing machine is outside the house, next to the garden steps, and it opens with one of the keys on the keyring. There is no pool of its own. Parking is on the street, free and with no assigned space. There is a single bathroom, with a bathtub and a shower, for the whole house. Other things to note THE HOME The house has one bathroom only. All three beds are 135 cm doubles. There is no air conditioning: nights in the valley are cool. The washing machine is outside the house, next to the garden steps, and opens with one of the keys on the keyring. The house has no pool of its own. ENTRY Entry is self-service with a key safe, at any time from 16:00. Check-out is by 11:00. GUEST REGISTRATION This is compulsory for all guests (Royal Decree 933/2021).
