The space Quiet, cosy studio in the backyard of a heritage home accompanied by the tranquil sounds of running water, singing frogs and a tree canopy over head. Private entry, air-conditioning, queen size bed, amazing mattress, dedicated work space, wifi, tea and coffee facilities, kettle, mini fridge, microwave, Smart TV in one room 4m by 3m. The adjacent bath and shower are undercover and walled on three sides with one side exposed to the garden. Seperate powder room. Privacy for the shower and bath is provided by a block-out blind which you roll down and secure in place. We will also provide a screen which you can use for additional privacy in your outdoor dining space. You get exclusive use of the private outdoor dining patio, Shared use of alfresco lounge and garden. You will Wild Grace Garden studio at the very back of the property. You have exclusive use of the back deck area which contains the bathroom and studio. You're welcome to enjoy the garden and outdoor lounge on the tiled alfresco of the main house as well. There is also street access at the back lane you will find at the rear of your accomodation. Your green key will work for that door also. Other things to note We live on site. We have two respectful, school age kids. Our windows are soundproof so you won't hear us much but they may come out and play in the garden sometimes. We have a small, friendly, schnauzer. He'll probably come and say hello.
