Our apartment Alberto 1 is located on the first floor of a very centrally located house in Ötztal train station - also on the 2nd floor there is an apartment for 8 people. The apartment is only 200 meters from the train station ("Ötztal" station) - this is connected to the express train network ("RailJet"). Area 47 is a 15-minute walk, many ski resorts (Hochötz 7 km, Sölden 37 km) can be reached by car or ski bus (stop 200 m away). The space The apartment is located on the first floor and has a large terrace and a fenced garden shared with the apartment on the second floor. All three bedrooms have wooden double beds and blackout curtains. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with large dining area and extra storage room, a cozy living room with access to the terrace and a modern bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. Storage options for skis or other sports equipment are provided. Guest access To the apartment, the terrace, the garbage room and the garden behind the house. In the wooden shed above is a foosball table. During your stay We will always be available as a contact person via the Airbnb app. Other things to note The tourist tax (local tax) must still be paid ON SITE: €4.00 per person/night year-round From 11/01/2025 it will be €5.00 per person/night !! ATTENTION !! The cleaning fee includes: Bedding Towels Dish soap Dish brush Sponge Tabs for dishwashers Dish towel Baking paper Our guests spend their vacation in a cozy, high-quality furnished apartment… but should know that there is another vacation apartment in the same house and it can therefore be filled with life accordingly. The parking space is shared with employees of our company (wood wholesale), which is located right next door.
