The space General To reach this splendid property, you will follow a beautiful panoramic road in the middle of pine groves and woods. Completely surrounded by greenery and a mountainous landscape dotted with trees. Easy to access thanks to an asphalted and not very busy road. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a typical tree-lined avenue of cypresses on either side, as dictated by Tuscan tradition. Once you arrive at the farmhouse, you can easily park a few meters from the entrance where you can see the view from the front of the property. Interior Access to the interior is directly from the back of the farmhouse where a shaded pergola, surrounded by climbing plants, serves as an entrance, inviting you to enter the property’s hall. Kitchen / living area / ground floor Entering the ground floor, you are greeted by an elegant atmosphere. The very airy spaces are characterized by open rooms, connected to each other and positioned at different levels. On the left, a kitchen in wood and masonry is lit by two large windows, spacious and excellent for those who love to dabble in preparing tasty dishes. The living area enjoys an exclusive view thanks to a large window overlooking the English garden, which gently descends towards the pool and accompanies the gaze to the surrounding landscape. This area is equipped with a large working fireplace, ideal for winter evenings, with a good glas of Tuscan red. On the same floor there is a dining room with a table for 6-8 people, a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small bathroom. First floor / sleeping area On the first floor of the farmhouse there is the actual sleeping area consisting of four bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, one with external bathroom, and two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. All bedrooms are bright and enjoy the surrounding view. They are furnished with typical wooden furniture and have parquet flooring. The rest of the property has all the characteristics of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, such as handmade terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta tiles, all fixtures strictly in wood. Exterior The farmhouse is surrounded by approximately 2 hectares of well-kept garden in which there are about 200 olive trees. The property includes a swimming pool surrounded by greenery and various relaxation areas furnished with sofas, tables and chairs. The pergola adjacent to the farmhouse faces north and offers a comfortable space to relax on warm summer evenings. A few steps from the pergola, a large convivial table for 10-12 people allows everyone to eat together en plein air; an outdoor brick barbecue offers the opportunity to enjoy barbecues with friends and/or family.
