Villa Lolita is located in the center of Antigua, a half block away from the beautiful church of La Merced, and a two minute walk from the famous yellow Arch of Antigua. The master bedroom includes access to the upper terrace. The downstairs offers a private, interior courtyard, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, & washer/dryer. The space Villa Lolita is a large home built in the traditional Spanish Colonial Style with a central courtyard, and wrap-around upper terrace. The home is separated into 4 independent apartments-- each with its own entrance, kitchen, living, dining, bathrooms, and bedrooms. All 4 apartments have their own sectioned off space of the upper terrace with seating. Apartments 1 and 3 also include private courtyards inside the apartments. Apartment #1 includes FREE PARKING OFFSITE for 1 car in a private, uncovered, secure lot 2 blocks away. **Please note, Villa Lolita is meant to be a relaxing, family-friendly escape from the hustle and bustle of Antigua. Because it is a home with multiple apartments, we take our guests' privacy seriously. Parties, excessive noise, or trespassing into other apartments will not be tolerated** Guest access Guests who check in between the hours of 3pm and 6pm will be greeted by the housekeeper. Guests checking in after 6pm will receive self-checkin instructions. One parking spot is included with the price of the apartment in an OFFSITE, private, guarded lot. The parking lot is 2 blocks from the house. Parking on the street is free, but we do not recommend leaving your car unattended overnight. The streets are narrow, and parking is not well marked. We don't believe it's worth the chance of your car being damaged or ticketed. ** Please let us know beforehand if you will need parking so we can have a pass ready for you at check in. ** Early check-in and late check out are subject to AVAILABILITY. We do CHARGE A FEE for both. Other things to note Antigua is a small, vibrant, bustling city with so much character. Villa Lolita's central location makes exploring this unique town by foot very easy. However, please be mindful that a central location also means more noise from passersby and traffic-- especially on weekends and holidays!
