The space This spacious 38 m² accommodation includes a large living room/kitchen with TV and a 200 x 150 cm double sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and linens provided, and a toilet. Equipped with blackout curtains and shutters. Enjoy private parking, a private terrace overlooking the fields, and a fully fenced property. Children's games and assistance services available on request from the host! Guest access Guests have a private entrance and reserved parking. They enjoy the terrace, the enclosed grounds and the play equipment, under the supervision of their parents. The host's pets are not allowed in the cottage. Please close the gate properly each time you pass through for the safety of our animals. Other things to note Upon request, we provide a travel crib, a high chair and an iron. ​The property does not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask that you leave it clean and tidy and empty the trash cans. You will find a bakery, post office and restaurant open for lunch in the village of Rancy. ​For families, we provide a toilet seat reducer, a potty, a changing mat, a nightlight, a nursing pillow and developmental toys. ​Finally, we provide bed sheets, towels, disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs, shower gel, and a hair dryer.
