Perfect for traveling professionals and short stays alike. The space This is a 2 BR lower of a duplex. The whole flat has hardwood or tile floors. The master has a queen size bed, the 2nd BR has a double bed. Clean bedding is provided along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, etc. I want you to feel like you are at home when you are here. There is a private, fenced-in back yard, which is great for children/pets (shared with the upper unit) Guest access You will have full access to the lower unit with fridge, mini fridge, dishwasher, basement with washer and dryer, fenced-in backyard, and one parking spot for a small/medium vehicle in detached garage. Other things to note There is a $150 cleaning fee and a $45 pet fee (no cats, please). There is one parking spot available inside the garage for a medium to small vehicle. The garage space is shared with the upper unit. Overnight street parking, if preferred, can be arranged with the City of Milwaukee. Let us know if you would like us to send you info on that. Please note that we have Quiet Hours set from 9:00p to 7:00a. Guests are expected to keep noise levels low during Quiet Hours: no loud talking, music, or disruptive activities please.
