Exploration is easy here, with the ferry dock just two miles north and an EV charger right on the property. Greet each day outside on the spacious back deck, a beautiful, private, and serene spot to linger with your morning coffee and a view of the woods. It's a scene every bit as magical in the evenings, with marshmallows roasting over the outdoor firepit. Inside, the house is an homage to a fantasy world, with tributes to the books that inspired the space leading you up the staircase. Bask in the natural light streaming in through large windows, whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, playing board games at the dining room table, or curling up in nest-like chairs to watch movies in the living room. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
