Indulge in some retail therapy, savour delicious meals, and immerse yourself in the friendly community vibe otherwise a 3-5 min (off season pending traffic time) Please make sure you read ‘other details to note’ for more dos and don’t on the property Guest access Lock box Code sent on the day Other things to note Due to local laws on the Mornington Peninsula guests are not allowed outside the house after 11.30pm due to noise restrictions. If the police are called a fine may / will be issued to the guest to pay We kindly ask that all guest pls ensure that they keep the noise down at all time to be respectful of the neighbours. Check out is 10AM unless agreed prior - a late checkout fee of $50 per 15 min will apply if you exceed this time by 15min- If the guest has not checked out by 1pm a full nightly rate will also be added to your stay. Rubbish- the bins are collected every Monday morning- we ask that they are put out on the Sunday night, if you don’t wish to do this pls let us know and the caretaker will come and do so as extra rubbish (esp over summer) will result in a $100 tip fee Breakages and Damage- although we know accidents do happen, we kindly ask that any damage or breakage be reported ASAP to ensure that a replacement can be make in them for the next guests stay Lost Keys- pls report to us ASAP any lost key- a locksmith fee may apply Bbq- we kindly ask that if you can please clean the bbq after each use to avoid additional charges Pls make sure you lock up the house while not in use / out exploring Pls make sure your own personal car / boats etc / items / are locked and secure at all times- as we do not take responsibility for things stolen from/ on the property.
