Executive remodel, fenced-in for pets, game room!

1+ month stays! Newly remodeled private first floor and private lower level of an upper/lower duplex is completely private and separated from the unit above with its own separate private entrances in a safe walkable central neighborhood. Well-trained pets have their own living room! Lower level also has private game room: foosball, air hockey, darts, mini-cornhole, card table! Main level dining for 4 + breakfast bar for 4. Full kitchen. Backyard is fenced in with patio/deck, furniture, fire pit. The space As you enter the front entrance, the main level starts with a living room with comfy sofas (sleeps 1-2), Onn TV for your streaming services, electric fireplace, board games, and lounge chair. Opens to a dining area with a round table that seats 4 to a breakfast bar that seats 3. The fully-stocked full kitchen has a breakfast bar a full set of appliances, dishware, and cookware. A Keurig (with some starter k-cups), a blender, toaster, and oil, salt, pepper, seasonings also included. Both the dining area table and the breakfast bar can be a great office set up as well. The master bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), Roku TV for your streaming services, nightstands, dresser, lounge chairs, ottoman, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a ladder to a twin bed up top (sleeps 2-3), dresser, and closet. All bedrooms have extra sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, and comforters. The full bathroom has a double sink, brand new overhead shower head with wand, facial tissues, and hand soap. Please bring your favorite shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The private lower level has a game room with air hockey, foosball, darts, mini-corn hole, an activity table, and folding chairs. The private lower level has a full laundry room area with 2 washers, 2 dryers (right one starts out a bit noisy), utility sink fully stocked underneath with cleaners etc., folding table, and drying rack. The private lower level also has a second living room that we call our "pet lounge" as the couch is for your well-trained pets, Roku TV for your streaming services, nightstands, and an electric fireplace to keep it toasty when needed. Note: We do our best to remove pet hair and deodorize the "pet lounge" couch after each guest. However, we do not guarantee that there will be absolutely no pet hair. "Pet lounge" couch may have some wear and discoloration from cleaners/deodorizers. You have a private front entrance, a private back entrance, and a private entrance to the lower level. The driveway is all yours for parking! Please allow the parking area on the street in front of the house for other guests. The private front porch has outdoor furniture and a table for 2. It is semi-private, with the north side of the porch able to be closed (or opened to catch a nice breeze). Out the private back entrance is a long shared fenced-in backyard, a shared back patio/deck with shared outdoor furniture, and a shared fire pit. We start you out with a few fire pit necessities. The rest is up to you. The backyard is great for playing with and exercising your well-trained pets. We have tools to pick up after your pet and place their refuse in their garbage bins. There is also a set of outdoor furniture way back in the backyard.` We prohibit pets who do not adjust well to new places or that are not well-trained. You must bring litter boxes and scratch posts for cats, and you must bring chew toys for your dogs. Dogs are required to do their business outside. Please bag your pet's refuse from the yard or from the litter box and place bags into the black garbage bins outside. We do have bags. Blue bins are for recyclables only. Extra fees may be assessed after checkout if pets leave excessive dirt, hair, or stains behind. Please clean up after your pet, especially if there are accidents. And, let us know right away (not just at checkout) as soon as there are any accidents. Cleaning supplies are available under the utility sink by the "pet lounge" for such occasions. We also have cleaners under the kitchen sink. No parties, please. Events are Ok, but please be respectful of our neighbors. You are welcome to host overnight guests as long as their are 7 or less people staying overnight. However, you are responsible for all overnight guests and non-overnight guests. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Guest access Guests have private full access to the main level, lower level (game room, laundry room), front porch, and driveway. Guests have shared access to the backyard, back patio/deck, back patio/deck furniture, and fire pit. Other things to note Enjoy your time here! We really like the Visit Sheboygan website for events happening during your time here, for things to do with family and friends, world-class local eats, and executive-level amenities in the area during your time with us. I also have a local Sheboygan Guidebook pointing out several great local Sheboygan discoveries! The a/c units run great, but they need to be set no lower than 68. If it is humid, run on dehumidify for awhile, and make sure the windows are closed. If you run the a/c below 68, the units may freeze up, especially in humid weather. If the units freeze up, you have to give them hours to thaw.
