Family-friendly house in Mandres with hot tub

✱ Welcome to our home in Mandres-Les-Roses ✱ ↠ Located in a town between the city and the countryside, 45 minutes by public transport from the center of Paris, come and discover the surroundings or recharge your batteries for a weekend. Recently ↠ renovated, it has been designed to accommodate families with all the comfort and amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Children and babies are welcome. ↠ Please let us know if you have any questions! The space Note that the house is initially intended for 6 people. We are adding 2 inflatable mattresses for 2 people, increasing our capacity to 10 people. For safety and insurance reasons, we don't accept reservation requests for more than 10 people, even if you're not sleeping there. If we find that you have more than the number of people listed on your booking, we will be required to contact Airbnb to report it and you will be required to leave the house immediately (without refund) or to comply. This will penalize you in future reservations. So please respect this basic rule, especially since parties are not allowed. Any additional costs related to non-compliance with these rules (electricity, heating, water, damage) will be charged in addition. Possibility to rent the house by the day on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) for events (retreats, business meeting, photo shoot, etc.) at the rate of 200 euros, 250 euros if it is a public holiday (no rate for the number of people). Please contact me in advance via Airbnb messaging if you would like to organize this type of event. The house comprises: → 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with private bathroom (toilet, shower and dressing room), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with bunk beds. 2 inflatable mattresses will be added if there are more than 6 of you. → Bathroom with spa bath, toilet on the ground floor → A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with back kitchen separated by a glass wall → A living room with HD TV, DVD player and pellet stove → A dining room for 6 people → A veranda with garden furniture for 6 people and a spa for 5 to 6 people (extra 30 euro/day between November 15 and April 15). → A terrace with fully fenced garden → A driveway to park a car The house is fully air-conditioned for the summer. Baby equipment (crib, high chair and bath support) also available. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: THE GARAGE IS CURRENTLY UNUSED Please note that our pellet stove is currently out of order. We have electric heating which is more than enough to heat the house. We apologize for any inconvenience. Other things to note ⇢ Smoking is ONLY allowed outside the house, in the garden.
