Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a dresser and a large dressing room. It is possible to add a baby cot or a child's bed on request for an extra charge. Bedroom 2 consists of a 140 cm bed and a sofa bed. It can therefore accommodate 4 people, with a dressing room and a dresser. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, ceramic hob, range hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Tassimo coffee maker. Dishes are provided. The bathroom consists of a shower and a bathtub. You'll find a washing machine and dryer. The worktop can also be used as a changing table. Bed linens are provided. Shower linens are provided. The toilet is independent, accessible from all rooms and has a sink. The air-conditioned living room, located on the upper floor, has a sitting and eating area. The room has a huge bay window of almost 5 m fully sliding, overlooking a 40 m2 unoverlooked terrace with a unique view over the rooftops of Limoux. The terrace has a shade sail, outdoor table and 6 chairs, as well as deckchairs. You will be a 1-minute walk to the city center with restaurants, cafes, shops...
