The villa covers 180m2 and spreads in two levels. Indoor Area Ground Floor: -Open-plan living area with large, inviting sofas, fireplace, and satellite TV. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Dining area with a large table, seating over 10 guests. - Bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 1: Double bed, closet, TV. - Bedroom 2: Two single beds, closet, TV. Access to a spacious roofed veranda with dining table and sea views.
