Enjoy an exceptional stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, including 2 en-suites and a cozy bedroom. In all there are 3 bathrooms, a generous living room with 55" SMART TV and WIFI, making the atmosphere truly welcoming. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, Airfryer, set of pots and pans, cutlery and dinnerware, and induction cooktop. In addition, the apartment features two outdoor areas with stunning views of the Rio Doce, downtown Colatina and the Florentino Avidos Bridge. The space We do not have a garage available for guests, however we are in a safe neighborhood, and cars are parked on the street very close to the house and the apartment entrance. Only one of the Suites has air conditioning. The others have fans. The air-conditioning increases the monthly energy bill by 400 reais. Which would greatly increase the cost of the accommodation! Other things to note We don't have extra mattresses, what we offer is in the description. The cleaning and sanitizing team works with fixed dates and schedules in advance because of the size of the apartment. If your stay is shortened for any reason, we will not undo the initial contract, it is not possible to return the daily rates, and the period initially agreed upon will be maintained.
