This is a peaceful retreat that feels miles from the city but is only minutes to all of what Oro Valley has to offer. Our one bedroom, 850 sqft guest house is separated from the main house and the views from all corners of the house will amaze you. You will have wildlife peeking into your fully fenced backyard while you enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The home is situated on a 5 acre lot and is very peaceful and quiet. 30 mins to University of Arizona, 40 mins to TIA. The space 5 acres of serene desert landscape and amazing views of the Catalina and Tortolita Mountains. This guest house is separated from the main house (occupied by host). The property was developed only 4 years ago so the structures are pretty new. The RV garage attached to the guest house is not part of this rental. Monthy rates available. Please message for details. Guest access Guests have full access to the guest house and may explore some of the property. There is a drive way gate with a key code that will be provided upon checki-in. Other things to note Home is located on a very well maintained dirt road. 1/2 mile from where the pavement ends. It is easily passible by almost all vehicles and motorhomes. Property has access control via electronic gate. Code will be provided upon booking. RV parking is available on case by case basis. No hook ups and RV cannot be occupied while on the property.
