Deep in the forest, you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature, bird watching, perfect location to see stars or northen lights if you are in luck, cross-ski, take walks, bike rides, spa area with hot tub and sauna, end your afternoon in front of the open fire. Perfect place for families to detach from daily routines and techonology to really bond and have some quality time together. The space The main house of 90 sqm: 3x bedrooms, 1 bed 140cm, 6 beds 90cm, 1 travel crib. 1x bathroom 12x spaces for dinning (Stokke tripp trapp chair with baby set available) 1 x living room with cozy chimney Mini football table Equipped kitchen with dishwasher The studio of 40 sqm: 1x studio area with 1 x bed 120cm, 1 x sofa bed 140cm. (2 adults and 2 kids max) 1 x living room with cozy chimney 1x bathroom 1x laundry space with dryer The guest house of 80sqm: 3x bedrooms with 6 beds of 90cms 1 x bathroom 1 x living room with cozy chimney 1 x uterum 1 x deck facing south equipped kitchen Outdoors amenities: Hot tub Sauna Trampoline for kids Outdoors pit fire Hammock area Workout area Bicycles available 3 x outdoor decks with dinning table and grills 1 x outdoor kitchen 5,000sqm of wonderful nature with diversity of plants and insects The house is our family gem and all profits are used directly for maintenance and upgrades. So if you stay here more than once you will probably notice some new details every time. The outdoors hot tub is heated with wood. It is filtered in 2-stages, with fiber-balls filter and a UV-light that minimises the use of chemicals, making it friendly for children. The hot tub is not available during January and February or with freezing temperatures. Guest access The complete property of 5,000sqm with all the outdoors amenities such as hot tub, sauna, pit fire, trampoline and the main house of 90sqm. For groups of 7-11 persons, the studio house is included. (Bedroom 4 in the pictures) For groups of 12-17, the studio + guest house are included and a fee of 100€/stay is to be added to cover cleaning and electricity on the guest house. (Bedroom 5 in the pictures) Other things to note Bed size on bedroom 1: 140cm Bed size on bedroom 2: 2 x 90cm Bed size on bedroom 3: 3 x 90cm Apartment studio (bedroom 4): bed of 120cm and sofa bed of 140cm The cleaning fee includes refreshing the water of the outdoors tub, and basic cleaning of the house. If a deeper cleaning is required after your departure, it will be charged. Bed linen and towels are not included. If you decide to rent from us, please let us know and we will prepare prior to your arrival. Price is €15/set. Dry and sliced wood for indoors is included, approximately 5kg/per booked night to use in the chimney. If you would need more then you can buy from us or bring your own. Please only use completely dry wood for the chimney indoors. The cameras installed are used to monitor the forest/garden only when the house is empty.
