Little Lake House

A cosy little 3 bedroom home close to the Ouyen Lake. Main bedroom has ensuite and queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery and other items for your convenience. Whilst you can not see the lake from the house, it is one of the closest in town, directly across the road from the entrance. Ouyen is rural surrounded by dry-land farming in the middle of the Mallee. It is dry, it is dusty and shops close early. Other things to note Please note: The property is not fenced. We are located in the middle of the Mallee surrounded by dry-land farming. It is dry, it is dusty and surrounds can be bland. The town is under permanent water saving rules, so it won't always look as green as you might hope. Being a small town, shops do close early, especially on a weekend. Please be mindful of this is you are arriving late and need supplies. Your only option could be a service station.
