The apartment is 200m from the beach, Viking Coastal Trail and a short walk from the town centre, and train station, with direct services to London. Once you arrive, everything you need is on foot. Set on the second floor, the flat sleeps up to 8 and works particularly well for families who want room to spread out without feeling cramped. The space The space The apartment is bright, spacious, and laid out for practical, comfortable stays. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms One twin bedroom All beds are fitted with high quality mattresses and premium bedding, with proper storage so guests can unpack and settle in. A double sofa bed in the living area allows the apartment to sleep up to eight if required. A travel cot is available on request. Living and Dining area The open plan living and dining space is designed for relaxed evenings together. There is ample seating, a dining table for shared meals, and a 50 inch HD TV with Netflix for film nights. A selection of board games is provided. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays and longer visits. It includes: Oven and hob Dishwasher Fridge freezer Microwave Coffee machine, kettle and toaster Basic kitchen essentials are provided, including tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper, and washing up liquid. Bathroom and utility The bathroom includes refillable toiletries. Adjacent to this is a utility area with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies, making the apartment well suited to family stays. Work and Wi-Fi There is fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and two dedicated work areas, allowing remote work or study without taking over shared spaces. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Location and parking Free on-street parking is available adjacent to the property. Parking is unrestricted 24 hours a day on nearby streets, with additional parking directly outside the building between 6pm and 8am. The train station (80mins direct to London) is approximately a 10 minute walk. Guest access Guests have use of the entire apartment. Other things to note Sorry, no pets allowed.
