The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, both with a portable fan. The living room is cozy, equipped with a sofa, TV and wooden table with glass top and four chairs, allowing to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The kitchen is complete and functional, equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, scrubber, electric coffee maker, blender, mixer, as well as pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and basic seasonings (oil, olive oil, salt, sugar and coffee). The service area has a washing machine, sink, hanging clothesline, iron and essential cleaning items (broom, squeegee, shovel, soap powder, softener, clothespins, bleach, multipurpose cleaner and detergent). The bathroom is modern, with a glass shower, cabinets and basic hygiene items for greater convenience (soap, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, 2x1 shampoo and toilet paper). To maintain the comfort and hygiene of the space, we do not accept pets, regardless of type or size. The building does not have a garage, but there is paid parking nearby, in addition to street parking spaces. Guest access The Guest has free access to the multi-sport court and children's playground, as well as the gardens and benches arranged in the common areas. The guest does not include access to the pool, fitness center and barbecue grill. The use of these spaces requires prior authorization and payment of the usage fees charged by the condominium. Other things to note The apartment is accessed by electronic key, available one day before check-in and valid throughout the stay. Access to the building is by prior authorization at the front desk one week in advance, also valid for the period of the stay. After booking confirmation, a mandatory form link will be sent with the personal data of all guests (full name, ID and CPF). This information is required to be given access at the front gate, according to condominium rules. We provide 100 GB Wi-Fi (mobile bandwidth) and Netflix access for greater comfort during the stay. The hairdryer provided at the accommodation is a simple and small one, suitable only for drying the locks and removing moisture from the hair. NOT FOR BRUSHING HAIR. Using the dryer for brushing purposes can damage the appliance, leading to its replacement. Damage to the property will be reported for payment.
