When not enjoying the ocean (2 minute walk) you can enjoy the wonderful pool, which is heated from April/May and Sept/Oct. Come visit during Spring and Fall with 2-night minimum rentals. During summer weeks (June-August) this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental; 7-day minimum. The space Come visit our wonderful home, situated on the "preferred" West end of Emerald Isle. A 2 minute walk from the beach; voted Best Beach in North Carolina by USA Today's 2018 beach survey! This is a great home for a private family visit or gatherings of a mature group of friends. It is NOT a party house as it is located within a very quiet community. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of storage space underneath the home. Other things to note Come enjoy our wonderful beach and private pool! House comes with WiFi connection and smart TV's......50" in Living Room and (2) 32" versions in each of the two Queen bedrooms. Although we provide bath towels, we do not provide beach towels, so would ask that you bring your own to use. We can normally accommodate guests with beach chairs. If you require the use of beach chairs, let us know and we'll leave them out for you.
