Bella Villa Rita is close to shops, restaurants and bars, in other words, everything that you might need just a few steps from home. The beach is 200 meters away and the train station is 500 meters away. The old part of the village is just a 10 minute stroll along the seafront. The space Bella Villa Rita was recently renovated so the furnishings are practically new and modern. It has 2 bedrooms, of which one with a king-size double and one with 2 single beds. which can be joined together to make 1 comfortable king size double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine in the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the double bedroom. The apartment is ideal for 4 people, a family of 4 or 2 couples. There is AIR CONDITIONING in the two bedrooms but the lounge and the whole apartment benefits from it, so that there is an ideal temperature even on the hottest days. Guest access The apartment will be entirely and exclusively available for yourself The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian area. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is an easy 10 minutes walk from Monterosso train station along the sea front. If you ARRIVE BY CAR there is a large car park (FEGINA PARKING) by the beach, just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you can park your car for €25 x day for the first 2 days and then from day 3 onward, €10 per day. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check in is between 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm - Check out by 10.00 am on departure date. - For arrivals after 6.00 pm there will be a LATE CHECK-IN fee to to be paid in cash directly to the person waiting for you after working hours.
