Other things to note The loft bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase, which unfortunately makes our space unsuitable for children under 12 due to safety concerns. We happily welcome infants who are not yet mobile. For families seeking more space, our adjacent 'Modern Brownstone' apartment (2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms) offers a comfortable and private option.
