The space The property is accessed from a quiet street in the town center less than 1 minute walk from the sandy beaches of Marazion. A private car park, suitable for 4 cars, is accessed by a narrow street to the back of the property and the secluded well stocked tropical garden with deck chairs and a hammock, leading down to the back of the house with newly renovated terrace with bench seating and access via the back door of the property directly into the fully modernised and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is newly renovated to a very high standard and elegantly appointed with everything you will need for a family entertaining with baking equipment, double ovens and sinks, multiple fridges and a large dishwasher. Other things to note Access to the private car park behind the house is via a narrow street which may be unsuitable for oversized vehicles. The house is newly decorated throughout with new flooring, carpets, and blinds. The kitchen and downstairs WC have been fully renovated to an excellent standard. Other bathrooms are unmodernised but clean and fully functional. The laundry room has yet to be renovated but has large washing machine and separate dryer for guests use.
