"Pri Mačku" is old home house, from 1919, with swimming pool, music pavillion with chimney, hot tube, wine cellar and etno museum. Property stay near Zadlascica, christal clear river of Julian Alps in Soca Valley, 6 km from Tolmin. House has capacity for 15 persons, "old style" kitchen, 6 sensitive bedrooms, 2 bathroomds, large living room. A private pool and a hot tub, both open from 15th of May till 15th September. Surrounded with pasture grounds for sheep. No owner, no neighbour. Special! The space The house is built with carved quartz stone. All rooms in the house are furnished in a rustic style, with solid wood furniture. It gives the six bedrooms a very special touch...! The restored beds and cabinets are finely styled and over 100 years old! In two bedrooms, the window walls are painted with decorations of flora vines, flowers and surrounding birds. Swimming in the pool is a great way to relax. In case of bad weather, there is the possibility of soaking in the hot tub. However, listening to a Vivaldi concert while the fire is crackling on a stylized couch in the music pavilion and sipping local Sauvignon from a local wine cellar is unforgettable... The pavilion can accommodate 10 people. For 5 additional people, there is a table with benches nearby or a dining room in the living room. Caution is required at the pool and hot tub, especially for children, so the use of both is at your own risk, which is confirmed by accepting the reservation. Guest access When renting, guests receive a house with 6 bedrooms, a music pavilion, a wine cellar and a swimming pool and a hot tub, which are open from May 15 to September 15. The house is surrounded by several pastures and a barn for three sheep, which guests can feed once a day with a loaf of bread that is available. Firewood and a bag of charcoal are also available for barbecuing in the pavilion fireplace. From the house, two paths lead to the Zadlaščica River. At low water levels, it is possible to climb up the river for about 1.5 km and pass through two smaller canyons, recessed into the rocks, which are a natural landmark. Other things to note Please know that heating costs can be charged separately in the winter months.
