Parking: • The use of the parking lot is exclusively for residents and for guests who have reserved a space. Parking is prohibited in areas not designated or spaces that do not correspond to you since they are marked. 2. Amenity Hours: • Pool: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Terrace: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (At 7:00pm you should maintain a moderate volume in this area.) • Entertainment Room: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (Exclusive for children accompanied by an adult.) • Gym: 5:00 am to 12:00 am 3. Moderate Noise in the Condominium: • A low noise level must be maintained in the apartment during the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, to ensure the rest of all residents. 4. Pool Rules: • Pets are prohibited from entering the area, containers of glass and bulky toys or inflatables. • Private events are prohibited. • Swimwear, towel and sandals must be worn. 5. Consequences of Infringement: • In the event of non-compliance with the rules mentioned here, your host will be notified and the corresponding fines will be applied according to condo policies ($500-$2000).
