Bright three-room apartment with two bedrooms, for 6 people, very close to the beaches and the center of Recco, but quiet, ideal for long or short vacations. Excellent starting point for visiting Camogli, Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Genoa and its Aquarium. The space The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, is barrier-free, is located in a beautiful residential area of Recco, with lots of greenery, a playground equipped for children, and parking. The setting is very quiet but you are close to the center and the beach (less than 400m, without stairs and steep climbs) and the station. Guests will have the entire place to themselves, consisting of: - a large living room with an open kitchen and a double sofa bed - bedroom with a double bed - bedroom with 2 beds - bathroom with shower, two terraces. All rooms are equipped with a fan. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, the kitchen is perfectly equipped to accommodate 6 people and has a dishwasher. The living area is very bright and from it you can access one of the two terraces, where you can have breakfast or sunbathe, the view is very pleasant and open to the greenery, the terrace is equipped with an awning. In the living room there are also books and many children's games (including the Ikea kitchen). The double bedroom has a ceiling fan, a wardrobe with drawers, and a large terrace. In the bedroom there is a ceiling fan, a wardrobe and two single beds. A camping bed is available on request for the little ones (as well as a high chair and a backpack for excursions). The bathroom with a window has a shower, washing machine, and centralized hot water always available. The apartment is furnished in a simple and functional way, and was totally renovated a few years ago. There are various parking options nearby: 200m from the house there is the train station parking lot, which is free; also 200m away there is a paid parking lot (at a cost of 7 euros per day); under the accommodation there is a free parking lot with a 1-hour parking disc, but on holidays it is possible to park without time limits. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves, which is on the second floor with an elevator. From the entrance door to the elevator, there are only three low steps. Other things to note In the house there are towels, sheets and blankets; washing machine and dishwasher, fridge and oven, microwave and kettle, but also ironing board and iron, clothesline and ropes for hanging.
