INAKE LODGE: modern and stylish villa with pool

Inake Lodge is a stylish house with a private pool and three air-conditioned bedrooms, located in the Tahauku Valley, a few hundred metres from the port of Hiva Oa and a 5-minute drive from the village of Atuona. One of the few holiday rentals in the Marquesas offering this level of comfort, it guarantees you peace and quiet in a natural setting. Whether you're travelling alone, as a couple, with family or with friends, Inake Lodge is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay. The space 🌺 Once you have been warmly welcomed by Tui or Tahia, and comfortably settled in the Lodge, you will be able to enjoy the accommodation, the swimming pool and the outdoor areas in complete privacy. Built entirely of wood, the house offers excellent amenities in a pristine natural setting. It includes a bright living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, as well as three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite shower room. (The bedrooms are made available depending on the number of guests.) The large pergola and the spacious wooden deck around the pool are perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. 🧺 You will also have access to a utility room with a washing machine and a sheltered area for drying your laundry. (Laundry detergent not provided; available for purchase in the village's mini-markets.) 🎬 The fibre-optic internet connection is unlimited. Cable TV is included, with access to Netflix. ⛰️ The house is located in a quiet, breezy area, with a very nice view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped: Electric oven, induction hob, microwave American-style fridge-freezer with built-in filtered water and ice dispensers. Dishwasher Filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine (capsules not provided) Toaster, rice cooker, crockery and utensils Guest access 🛬 Welcome Guests are welcomed directly at the Lodge by Tahia or Tui, depending on the arrival time agreed upon. They will provide you with all the information you need to ensure your stay goes smoothly, and will remain available if needed. We are also available to help you via the platform. Guests have access to all the areas described in the listing: accommodation, swimming pool, terrace, kitchen, laundry room, etc. 🛏️ Allocation of bedrooms The bedrooms are made available depending on the number of guests included in the booking, according to the following scheme: 2 people: 1 bedroom 4 people: 2 bedrooms 6 people: 3 bedrooms If an additional room is opened, a fee of CFP 2,500 per night will be charged. 🚗 Transport Transfers between the airport and the Lodge are not provided. We strongly recommend hiring a vehicle in order to make the most of your stay and the beauty of the entire island of Hiva Oa. A 4x4 is recommended, as very low cars such as the Suzuki Swift are not suitable for many roads on the Marquesas, including our access road to the Lodge. If necessary, you can also use local transport providers (to be booked in advance), whose contact details we can provide on request. Other things to note 🛠 Works nearby Work will be taking place at our neighbour's property on the site opposite the house from the end of January, on weekdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. We apologise for any noise disturbance that this may cause. 🧹 Stays of more than 7 days For stays longer than one week, Tahia will carry out a weekly clean to ensure your comfort and cleanliness during your stay. 🦎🐝 Good to know! The house is nestled in the heart of Hiva-Oa's natural environment. It is therefore possible to encounter wasps, mosquitoes, insects or harmless lizards, which are typical of the local environment. Don't worry: repellents are provided, and regular maintenance of the Lodge helps to limit their presence. You will have the necessary consumables for the first two days (2 to 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 to 6 coffee capsules, 2 bin bags, 2 dishwasher capsules, 2 laundry detergent capsules). For the rest of your stay, we invite you to visit the village minimarkets. 🧺 For your shopping: The mini-market at the mobile station at the port of Tahauku is open all day from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. The shops in the village of Atuona are open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and then from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Ah You bakery in Atuona opens at 5:00 a.m. and closes at 11:30 a.m. Registration details 1354DTO-MT
