Mini apartment

We warmly welcome our guests to our apartment in the quiet, suburban part of Budapest, where the night's rest is not disturbed by the noise of the city center. When designing the apartment, we took into account the aspects that are important to us, so although the apartment is relatively small, everything needed for a comfortable stay and a pleasant rest is available. No pets are allowed in the accommodation and no smoking is allowed in the accommodation. The apartment is not ideal for children. The on-site guest information contains detailed information about the recreational, dining and entertainment options available in the area. From the accommodation, a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop, you can reach Metro 2 in 6 minutes, from where you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes. Parking in front of the house is free, but our guests can also park in the enclosed courtyard. The nudist wellness (swimming pool, sauna) available on site is not part of the accommodation, its use is the subject of a separate discussion. (These are naturist areas.) (Usually our friends come to us on weekends, which you can join if necessary.) The back garden is a naturist area, where guests can sunbathe without wearing clothes. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment! Smoking is allowed in front of the apartment, on the street. Pets are not allowed in the apartment and it is not ideal for children, so we can only accommodate adult (18+) guests. Please let me know the approximate time of arrival before arrival so that I can receive and hand over the keys in person. If that's not possible, I'll put the keys in a combination box on request, and you'll be able to get through the gate with the code you sent. (Please note that this is a private place, not a business airb.) You can open the gate from the outside with this code or the chip attached to the key during your stay. You can park your car on the street or inside the garden gate, right in front of the apartment. (Please do not park in front of the neighbor or the neighbor opposite.) Guest access For our guests, there is a covered garden area in front of the apartment with chairs and a table. In addition to the apartment, the property has the owner's apartment and a wellness area, where private programs are usually held on weekends. The back garden is the owner's private area, which is a nudist area that is not visible from the neighbors. Taking into account its nature, this area may also be used by the guests of the apartment for textile-free sunbathing and relaxation in consultation with the owner. Guests can also use the parking lot next to the apartment. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to the fact that pets are not allowed in the accommodation and smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. The apartment is not ideal for children, so we only accept guests over the age of 18. It is not possible to book the apartment for the purpose of providing a legally unauthorized activity or "service", we may cancel such a reservation, we will not accept the guest! For this reason, special conditions apply to last minute, non-advance bookings. (In this case, we can only accept guests in person, with pre-recorded guest data, and we require a pre-transferred deposit.) It is a legal requirement that the reporting of guest data is mandatory for all accommodation providers in Hungary upon the arrival of the guest. In practice, this involves digital scanning of identification documents and uploading to a Closed Information Database for Guests provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodation service. (The data shall include details such as name, surname, place and date of birth, nationality, the address of the accommodation and expected dates of stay and other data.) For guests from Hungary and EU countries, ID cards and passports are accepted, and for guests from other countries, only passports are accepted for scanning ID documents and documents. The guest can scan the documents himself, in which case it is faster to occupy the accommodation.
