This second door is the entrance to another apartment. It is important to mention that each space is completely independent and has its own lock and keys. No other areas are shared. Please be mindful that the room is in a 3rd floor without elevator. Other things to note The apartment has a second part that we rent separately. Both have a common access corridor but two completely separate and independent entrances. Swimming pool and beach are private and shared with the residents/guests in the building.
