* Apartment of 3 bedrooms, 2 suites and one bedroom with auxiliary bathroom. * Condominium located on a quiet and easily accessible street, 1.5 km from the covered street. * It has a covered garage space with elevator access. * Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. * Bedrooms have bed/bath linen and hot and cold electric climate. * It has an American kitchen with barbecue and living room with fireplace. The space Sunny and airy apartment equipped with: * Integrated kitchen with stove with 4 burners, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils such as: cutlery, dishes, glasses, glasses and barbecue items. * Washing machine, clothes dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. * Environments with hot and cold Split. * Faucets and showers with gas heating. * Internet Wi-Fi. * Living room with Smart TV. * Fireplace in living room. * Bed/bath linens: bed sheet, pillow, comforter, and towel. * Hair dryer. * Dorms with blackout curtain. * Collapsible crib with mattress. * Bathtub and stroller. * Our maximum capacity is 6 guests (from 3 years old) and a baby.* * We do not have extra mattresses and we do not allow the determined limit of guests to be exceeded even if they are children. Extra firewood must be provided by the guest. Do not use a pine knot, as it damages the fireplace.* * Two bath towels and one face towels are provided per guest, plus full bedding, regardless of hosting time. Extra towels and sheets must be requested and will be at an additional cost.* * Please note that access to one of the suites is by staircase.* * Attention for guests accompanied by children: We do not have protective screens on the windows.* Guest access The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very conducive to walking. If guests have more than one vehicle, in front of the condominium it is possible to park with peace of mind.
