Ideal for a layover, sightseeing or a quiet stay, our location offers easy access to various amenities: ✔️ 10 min drive from Pearson Airport, Humber North College, Woodbine Casino ✔️ 3 min drive to highway 401, 427 ✔️25 min by GO Train or 30 mins drive to downtown ✔️ 15 min drive to Yorkdale Mall ✔️ 20 min drive to Premium Outlet, Wonderland ✔️ Next to bus stops, banks, Costco, LCBO, Winners, Walmart, restaurants, cafes, etc The space Guests will have access to a private bedroom and shared spaces (bathroom, living room, kitchen). 🛌 PRIVATE BEDROOM: The place offers a cozy private bedroom on the BASEMENT with a queen-sized bed and essential furnishings. 🚿SHARED SPACES: 🚻 02 SHARED bathrooms are available for guests to use: one on the same BASEMENT floor, the other on MAIN FLOOR. 🍳Guests staying 3 nights or more are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking. For shorter stays, you’re welcome to reheat food using the microwave and air fryer . Tableware and cutlery are provided for your convenience 🧺 Guests booking for at least 3 nights can use laundry machines once for free during their stay (from 8am to 8pm). 🚗 Street parking is allowed for maximum 3 hours. Parking on the driveway is available for 1 spot at a time on first-come-first-served basis and needs to be informed & confirmed prior to your stay. ❌📺 We don’t provide TV for a quiet stay. We will be responsive on the app or around since we work from home. Other things to note ‼️ Please review our house rules and listing details to ensure our place is the right fit for you: - Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, please keep any noises at the minimum level during these hours, especially when you check in late or check out early - Please remove shoes/slippers every time you access to Basement Floor or Main Floor. Indoor slippers will be provided upon request - No unregistered guests, overnight guests or any illegal activities in the property. - No Pets - No smoking/ vaping inside the property - Not equipped for infants - Not ideal for seniors, as access involves walking some stairs. - Not suitable for couples dating - Keep your personal belongings in your private room. - Luggage drop-off before check-in or after check-out is possible. Please expect that you may hear some background noises from upstairs, such as TV's sound, conversations, light vacuuming or stepping sounds on certain occasions during Non-quiet hours. It's the sound of life and how living with locals would be :). We will be also mindful to keep the noise as low as possible during Non-quiet hours.
