A haven of tranquil peace, the primary bedroom is expansive and full of light. The en suite bedroom boasts a soaking tub, large vanity, and walk-in shower. A separate laundry room ties together the home's great amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool Heat: During the months of Nov-April, for the pool to be heated, you will need to pay the pool fee of $225. From May-Oct, there is no pool fee because the outside temperature is so hot there is no need to heat it. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 250 per stay plus tax is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
