Welcome to our house + caravan, in the heart of the Bresse countryside, a few minutes from all amenities and a multitude of leisure and activities for the family. Built in 2019, the house is 118 m2 and is the ideal place to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay with the family. Note: This is our main residence, so we ask you to be careful with our belongings and aware that we are not up to hotel standards for cleaning :-) The space Modern family house for 5/6 people + Caravan on private land for 2/3 people, with enclosed garden, children's playground, toys and board games for all ages available, countryside view, shell pool to come (delivery February 2026 - 3D photo of the project to give you an idea), brazier area with garden furniture - ideal for a relaxing and restful holiday. The house is located in a quiet environment with no neighbours, with an unobstructed view of the agricultural fields. It is fully enclosed and secure. As this is our main residence, some of our belongings will remain in the cupboards, but we will of course empty a space in each cupboard so that you can store your belongings and enjoy your holidays. Sleeping arrangements & configuration: - Master suite with king size bed, fake electric fireplace, SmartTV (with Netflix, AmazonPrime, Canal+, OCS, AppleTV, HBO, Paramount, Disney+), dressing room, shower room (Italian shower and double sink), with direct access to the terrace through the window door - 2 children's bedrooms with 90x190cm bed (for children under 12 years old), with lots of toys, board games and puzzles available (please take care of them). - 1 sofa bed (2 seats but rather for 1 adult or 2 children or 1 adult and 1 child) in the living room - Cot with mattress available for a baby (ask us) as well as a changing table in a children's room Indoor Comfort: - Large living room/open kitchen with central island - Dining area with table and 8 chairs - Fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, hood, oven, microwave. - Living room with convertible corner sofa and Smart TV (with Netflix, AmazonPrime, Canal+, OCS, AppleTV, HBO, Paramount, Disney+) - Bathroom with bath and double vanity - 1 separate WC - 1 independent laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer - Bed linen + towels provided Caravan: - Attached to the house, on the garage side, caravan to accommodate 2 to 3 additional people. - It is equipped with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm, as well as a bench space that transforms into a large single bed (or possibly for 2 small children). - It is also equipped with a SmartTV, an electric radiator, a kitchen area with electric filter coffee maker, mini fridge and sink (gas stove not usable), a living area with table and bench for 3 people, a separate toilet with sink. Secure exterior: - Enclosed plot of 1400 m2, with no neighbours overlooking the garden, perfect for letting children play safely - Large tiled terrace with garden furniture for 8 people, facing south-west, with electric awning. - In-ground swimming pool facing the terrace of L6m x W3.50m x D1.50m flat bottom, with corner staircase, heated and secured by a fence (delivery scheduled for February 2026, 3D photo of the real project for information). Fully automated and connected pool, with cordless vacuum cleaner, so no or very little maintenance required. - Brazier area (wood) attached to the terrace with garden furniture - Children's play area: trampoline, hut with small slide, swing, giant sandpit, outdoor toys available - BBQ area (gas) - Small natural pleasures: pear, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry plants are at your disposal, you can pick some fruit according to the season! Other useful information: - Windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets - Sheets and towels/gloves included - Welcome basket with 1 local product, 2/3 dishwasher and washing machine tablets, 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, coffee and sugar. Intermarché Contact 1 km from the house (also open on Sunday mornings). You can park 3 to 4 cars in front of the house for free. 100% non-smoking house, (possibility of smoking on the terrace), and pets (including dog, cat, rabbit...) are unfortunately not accepted even if we love them very much, because my daughter and I are very allergic to them. Guest access Minimum 5-night rental in summer. Entire house, caravan and land. Garage and pool shelter not accessible. Other things to note Also, if you book our house, it's important to note that this is our primary residence, so we live there all year round with our 2 children. Therefore, please note that the house will be cleaned from top to bottom, tidied, part of the cupboards emptied for your belongings, but if you prefer a neutral accommodation, without any belongings, you should rather go to AirBNBs in a secondary residence. On the other hand, if you are looking for a family holiday in the countryside, while enjoying a multitude of leisure activities nearby, with all the necessary comfort on site in terms of equipment and games for your children, our house is made for you! We'd love to host you. We are located in between Macon (30min) Bourg en Bresse (40min) and Lyon (1h). We have many leisure activities nearby, for all ages.
