Other things to note ✳️Check-in time is at 1 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs can only be accommodated based on availability and are chargeable. ✳️No Pets are allowed. ✳️loud music is not allowed & Keep music at a low volume in your room. ✳️Utensils cleaning will be charged @ additional Rs. 100 per day - to be paid to the housekeeping staff directly as this is not covered within our room rate. ✳️Linen and towel change will happen after every 2 nights. ✳️We provide one set of keys, which if lost, will be charged additionally. ✳️Host is not responsible for long power cuts due to load shedding or natural calamities. ✳️We respect your privacy however No outside guests are allowed unless pre-informed. ✳️Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If found smoking a penalty fee of Rs.10,000 will be charged . ✳️Use of narcotics substance & drugs is strictly prohibited as per the govt laws. ✳️As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents. ✳️ Creating disturbances or disrespecting neighbors: Immediate eviction ✳️LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time.
