Kudu Kove is a South African inspired 2-bedroom apartment adjacent to Roundhay Park in northern Leeds. Fully furnished it consists of a spacious living room, 2 large bedrooms, a modern bathroom and kitchen. Dedicated off-street parking for one vehicle. A short walk to Roundhay Park and nearby attractions, shops and restaurants in Oakwood. We have everything you need to make your trip a pleasant one, be it a short or long stay, business or pleasure. The space Kudu Kove is a comfortable clean well equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood adjacent to Roundhay Park. The apartment gives you: A large living/dining room with a sofa, armchair and a 4 place dining table. There is a gas heater in addition to the central heating for those extra cold nights. There is Wifi and a smart TV where you can watch Netflix and so on. Additionally in the living room is a large picture window overlooking the beautiful grounds to the front of the property. The kitchen is small but functional and is fully equipped with all of the appliances, utensils and cleaning material needed to cook in and make your stay an enjoyable one. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar is supplied. The bathroom is light and airy with a walk in shower, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and body cream is avaibable, along with hand and body towels. The main bedroom has a double bed with side tables, built in cupboards and a full length mirror. Linen is supplied. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds with side tables a mirror, chest of drawers and a built in cupboard. Linen is supplied. There are 2 USB charging points in each of the bedrooms and the living room. We also have a dedicated parking spot for a single vehicle. We welcome long stays and are equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and all of the kitchen equipment you would expect at home. Note: There are stairs to climb, we are on the first floor Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment Other things to note After completing your booking you must fill in some basic information for screening and verification purposes. The apartment must be left as it was when you arrived. An additional cleaning fee maybe charge if the place is left in a poor condition. Damaged and/or missing items will be charged for. There is an inventory listing in the welcome book. Lost keys will be charged for. We are not responsible for guests belongings that maybe left behind after checkout.
