The accommodation is located in a residential district, equipped with all the main services and well connected to the historic center, reachable in just 10 minutes by tram (stop under the house). The Fortezza da Basso, home of Pitti Uomo, is about 10 minutes away on foot. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, mezzanine with double bed, bathroom and balcony. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and flat-screen TV; - MEZZANINE with double bed; - BALCONY with small table and chairs; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split air conditioning with heat pump, wardrobe, washing machine, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: the mezzanine has a maximum height of approximately 170 cm and does not constitute a space separated from the rest of the apartment (it overlooks the living room). If you are traveling with children, please pay attention to the spiral stairs to reach the mezzanine. Guest access The whole apartment will be at your complete disposal.
