The Coach House(with parking) Stratford-upon-Avon

Recently renovated to a high standard, enjoy this bright, open plan and private coach house with everything you need for your stay in Stratford Upon Avon. The Coach House is situated in a quiet and safe mews estate, a comfortable 10-minute stroll into in the centre. You have your own private parking space and further off -road parking if need. You will have the space to yourself, and we will interact as much or as little as you require, we live nearby if you need recommendations or help. The space When arriving your parking space will be in front of the garage of The Coach House. Make your way through the small, raised garden, through the gate and up the exterior stairs to your front door. As you enter the porch you will find a cupboard to store your coat and shoes and on your right the bathroom with a large walk-in shower and flooded with overhead light from the Velux windows and mirror. On your left you will enter the modern and bright open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area where you can make yourself at home for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen with luxurious granite worktops includes all appliances, a dishwasher, some basic pantry essentials and a welcome pack. In your cosy lounge area, you can relax in front of the flame effect electric fire and watch the TV (smart TV via Wi-Fi) whilst you reflect on your day in Stratford. The bedroom leads off from the open plan living area has comfortable king size bed with amble storage and hanging space for your possessions. The whole property is enhanced with light oak flooring – both beautiful and practical. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Please note: all access is via a flight of exterior stairs. About Stratford Upon Avon: Set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon, Stratford-upon-Avon is the birthplace of William Shakespeare, steeped in culture and history. Explore the beautiful riverside walks and enjoy the many attractions that Stratford has to offer - The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Shakespeare’s birthplace is just a 15-minute walk away. You have your pick from many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and bars. The Stratford Racecourse with country walks and a café is just 300 meters across the road from where you will be staying. The Cotswolds is just a short drive away where you can explore many quaint and beautiful villages. There is easy access to Stratford Upon Avon via the M40 and A46. Stratford Upon Avon railway (15 minute walk to The Coach House) and Birmingham Airport (3 minutes by car). Guest access When arriving your parking space will be in front of the garage of The Coach House. Make your way through the small, raised garden, through the gate and up the exterior stairs to your front door. The key will be accessible via a key safe or we can meet you at the property if you prefer. Other things to note Please note: all access is via a flight of exterior stairs. 1 small well behaved dog will be considered on request, there will be a small additional cleaning charge.
