The Friendly House is a cultural housing in a prime location in a calm neighborhood, with beautiful spaces to chill and spreading. In our house you can find 4 independent rooms with different acomodation, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, interior terrace and rooftop with incredible view. The localization is couple blocks away from two Metro stations, Explora park, Botanical garden, Ruta N building, two Shoping malls (Aventura y Bosque) and 3 Hospitals. The guests can enjoy of our rooftop with 100 m2 and other chill places like the balcony, wifi, tv room and all what do you need to have a pleasant stay. You can find equipped kitchen, Laundry, spaces for Co-working, Coffee table and cold water in the fridge, cleaning service in the rooms and posibility of breakfast. The place allow the interactions with the guests and we realize cultural activities in the comun areas, but all the rooms are independent spaces. The Sevilla neighborhood is traditional in Medellin were the guests have the posibility to know the diary life of the habitants of the mid class of Medellin, their customs, a neighbohood of friendly and calm people. You can arrive using Metro, in the "Hospitales" Station one block away from us, other option is the "METROPLUS" system, "Universidad" Station and walk two blocks, you can use many routes of traditional Bus system, but if you prefer you can arrive in our favorite transportation system the Bicycle.
